Jones 103Our electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectrometer is one of just a few in the greater Chicagoland area, and it is available to users outside the University of Chicago. Please contact the facility manager for training and access.
Bruker Elexsys E-500 X-Band EPR
This instrument is used for routine electron paramagnetic spectroscopy. It is equipped with a helium cryocooler system that keeps samples down at 15 K without liquid helium.
